Observation

Shelving is moveable and can form as a tipping hazard (homecenter equipment). The space needs to be better set up to allow movement in a safer manner. Empty fish tank requires securing. There is a mirror that is not shatterproof and at children's level in the Study/Play Room area. Area rug in the front area was curled on the side and formed a tripping hazard. Extension cord was being used for extended use and had dangling cording that formed loops. Water dispenser in the kitchen area was not secure. Water temperature was at 122 degrees in the restroom. Wall in the restroom by sink was observed to be torn. Main Space does not have enough lighting the lamp does not provide enough ligting.
